Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Left Over Biscuits
  • 6 Whisked Eggs
  • 4 Pieces Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Left Over Sausage Gravy

Method
 

  1. Break up leftover biscuits and place in the bottom of greased or parchment-lined baking dish ( I used an 8x8 glass pan)
  2. Whisk 6 eggs and add half of the cheese to the eggs and pour over biscuits. Tilt pan if necessary to evenly distribute eggs over biscuits
  3. Tear up leftover bacon and evenly place on top of egg mixture
  4. Spread sausage gravy over bacon to cover
  5. Top with the rest of the shredded cheese
  6. Bake on 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until eggs are total set
  7. ENJOY!
