Equipment

  • 1 Sauce Pan
  • 1 Metal Bowl Or microwave safe bowl if using a microwave
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Spatula or Mixing Spoon
  • 1 Wax Paper or Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Rice Chex
  • 1 Bag Gluten Fee Pretzels
  • 1 Bag Easter Peanut Butter M&M's
  • 1 Bag White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Open all the dry ingredients (Chex, pretzels, and M&M's) and throw them all together in a large mixing bowl. I only use about 3/4 box of the Chex/pretzels)
  • Fill smaller sauce pan 2/3 full of water and place over medium heat. Place metal pan on top of sauce pan with water. Add bag of white chocolate chips.
  • Let chocolate melt over medium heat making sure not to let the water boil which could cause the chocolate to seize. Use spatula to stir chocolate evenly while it melts. Stir till smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well to coat. Don't worry about some of the Chex breaking.
  • Turn coated mixture out onto wax paper and let chocolate set. Sprinkle with festive Easter sprinkles and ENJOY!!!
