- Form patties into 2.6 oz and season with seasoned salt

- Shred lettuce, dice onion, and let pickles dry out a bit

- Grill burgers to desired internal temperature. Usually about 5-6 minutes a side

- Toast or grill buns
- Assemble like this: bottom bun, sauce, onion, shredded lettuce, cheese slice, burger, middle bun, sauce, onion, lettuce, pickle, burger, top burger

- SMASH....Enjoy
