White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag Gluten-Free Pretzel Thins
  • 1 Bag White Chocolate Chips or Candy Melts
  • 1/2 tsp Refined Coconut Oil
  • 4-5 drops Peppermint Extract
  • Smashed Candy Canes

Method
 

  1. Melt white chocolate in a metal bowl over a double broiler
  2. Add coconut oil to thin out the melted chocolate
  3. Add peppermint extract and mix well
  4. Use a fork and dip pretzels one by one in chocolate OR pour chocolate over bowl full of pretzels and mix till all covered and pour out onto wax paper
  5. Top chocolate-covered pretzels with peppermint candy IMMEDIATELY
  6. Let cool!
  7. Enjoy!
