White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels

- 1 Bag Gluten-Free Pretzel Thins
- 1 Bag White Chocolate Chips or Candy Melts
- 1/2 tsp Refined Coconut Oil
- 4-5 drops Peppermint Extract
- Smashed Candy Canes
Melt white chocolate in a metal bowl over a double broiler
Add coconut oil to thin out the melted chocolate
Add peppermint extract and mix well
Use a fork and dip pretzels one by one in chocolate OR pour chocolate over bowl full of pretzels and mix till all covered and pour out onto wax paper
Top chocolate-covered pretzels with peppermint candy IMMEDIATELY
Let cool!
